General Terms

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions, together with the details overleaf contain all the terms of the agreement between us (the “Company”) and you (the “Customer”) relating to the supply of goods, parts or other items to be supplied by the Company. The Customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms if he or his Agent give instructions or place orders by any means for goods to be supplied.

  3. This agreement is made in the United Kingdom and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law relevant to this jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

  4. The contract is agreed – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

  5. By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  6. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.

 

 

Purchase Terms

 

  1. The website is intended for use by customers residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland only. We can only sell and deliver to customers within the UK and Ireland. If you are ordering from abroad, please e-mail us via the contact page on the website with your details and request before placing an order.  We reserve the right to withhold an order made from outside the United Kingdom and Ireland.

  2. All items ordered must be paid for in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed. All statutory rights are applicable to any purchases made. You must pay in full for your order, by credit or debit card, at the time of ordering, at which time your card details will be processed and your account will be charged.

  3. You guarantee that the information you provide to Footfall Medical Limited in the request or order is accurate and complete.

  4. You must ensure that all the information you give us is true and accurate. If you fail to give us the correct credit or debit card billing address information or cardholder details, this may delay your order. Please make sure that the details you give us match those on your payment card billing statement.

  5. You can only order on the website if you are a consumer, not a reseller.

  6. By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent (or links to online products) until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

  7. We reserve the right to reject any order but will try to give a reason for this as soon as possible.

 

 

Delivery Terms

 

  1. Prices throughout the website are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP), and payment can only be accepted in Great British Pounds. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your purchase.

  2. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If the products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

  3. The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

  4. Despatch of goods is made on a weekly basis of all orders received up to midnight of the preceding day. Every effort is made to deliver orders as soon as possible. Please note delivery may take up to 30 days.

  5. The risk of damage to or loss of goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you.

 

 

Returns

 

  1. If you change your mind after ordering and/or receiving your order you must inform us in writing within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. This can be made through the website contact page stating your name, address, and order number.

  2. The buyer will be entitled to a refund for the goods and delivery costs provided the goods are returned with the factory seal intact, in an unused and re-saleable condition.

  3. The buyer will be responsible for the postage costs for the return of any goods.
